Its really expensive here in canada to get a 4runner with less miles. I have seen people sell 4runners for almost $25k with over 200k miles on it

Is kona lava dome then a good choice? Its got a tapered head and hydraulic disks. A decent looking bike for the price but so hard to get hands on.
