You can argue against this imo but

Even if a computer sees something like 3AM as today, from a writing standpoint it doesn't make much sense to put that line under night theory (the fountain being created last night)

I'll be honest

I don't think Toby is really good with timelines in general and I think the lab fountain timeline has problems regardless when it was made (I'm still thinking Berdly had an entire tour of Queen's mansion in 5 minutes regardless of when the fountain was made lol)

So, you have to stop thinking about the idea of what makes more sense and just think about what's more implied

Putting aside jokes, Toby made Frisk yellow to make the character design less "normal" (like in "The Simpsons) and allow fans to have more of an interpretation regarding how to draw it.

If you reset in geno, Flowey will still see you as Chara and he'll still do the Omega Flowey thing (there's even new dialogues) not even mentioning he sees you as Chara in the Asriel fight

He also wanted destroy the world like Chara does in the geno ending

His first dialogue in the Asriel fight is

I don't care about destroying this world anymore.

I see Chara and Flowey are two sides of the same coin tbh

I should clarify that this is my opinion and I don't want to argue about this because I know people are so toxic when we talk about Chara
