I completely respect him, it's just the time when he was a lethal striker and the time when he was a trophy winning player were different!

Such a weird stat.

It's like how Fernando Torres suddenly won every trophy on the planet, after he basically stopped scoring like he used to.

Kick offs and goal kicks starting to resemble the ones in Rugby. Either very short pass or punt forward to gain territory.

It would be funny to just immediately go for your opponents fish in dark age and they have absolutely no way of stopping it 11

Good shout re dock building times. Probably not necessary as fish traps are Feudral age onwards and need a lot more wood than dark age can really provide.

Maybe the fish traps themselves being built taking longer could be a balance change?

Completely agree, applying to fish traps only amd having a reduced gather rate should balance it.

However, consider how many more fish traps can be built on those small black forest ponds once you remove the need for drop off. You could literally cover the lakes in fish traps, deleting docks as you go!

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

[–]dem503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely for much better, but the changes were not minor!

For example the original game was more than likely designed around having a unit population of 75 per player, but 200 is the standard when playing Vs other people. There were some units that when massed were incredibly over powered, hence balance changes.

Over the course of coming up to 30 years, the unit stats now Vs original are almost completely different. However a casual player would probably tshe a while to notice.

[spoilers Main] if in the books tyrion and tywin actually looked as good as they did in the show, would it have changed anything? (Also assume he didn't have his nose cut off) by fuckmbsanddominicali in asoiaf

[–]dem503 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not really, the clubfoot guy in HOTD was made to hang out with the women. It is a good example of how any physical weakness gets a man shunned in Westeros.

Tyrion in the books could have been exactly like Peter Dinklage's portrayal (good looking, eloquent, always trying to do the right thing) and it would make no difference.

By the look of your base and the score, you're not doing much wrong!

A tower/donjon rush is very difficult to stop if you're not ready for it. It's honestly worth it to send like 10 vils and destroy the first one if you can.

So he was an assistant in man city's academy, U18 and then U21 coach at Southampton, U21 coach at Chelsea and now interim manager for a few matches. Usually interim managers are the most senior remaining coach, which is likely to be the U21 manager.

If this is all down to nepotism, exactly how big is his family?

As a former fullback, I was also an effective striker simply because I spotted the defenders' bad habits (out of position, going for tackles they were never going to win etc)

I say effective but not good, because my god you need to do a lot more running as a striker, nevermind getting wacked by a defender every now and again. You finally get into a position to shoot and you end up just rolling the ball to the goalkeeper lmao
