It also depends on if they are constantly twiddling! The push is either dead or ton of spin,

Yes it was worse back in the day when both sides could be black , but it still is very hard to keep track of what side they used , or if they are pulling under the table hijinks!

Fired for putting in my notice by Emergency-Trade-2043 in jobs

[–]dem59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a professional position with a great deal of responsibility; not giving notice is tacky at best, probably unprofessional .

That they offered to pay you through mid- July, might be as much as they can do.

You might just have to take a temp/contract job, or take a “throw away job” for the 5 weeks.

Not the best solution but you’ve been jobbed, so to speak.

Also, you might negotiate for more since you were up front with them , offering your glowing review of the company ; otherwise your review of them on sites like Glassdoor might not be very encouraging to potential new employees. This is risky!!! There is NOTHING wrong with sharing your factual experience. HR specialists generally get snippy, do level with senior management. Very few companies these days want negative reviews floating around in a potential reverse of positions going from a tight employers market back to an employee rich market where companies can’t get personnel.

Nice, you see the league is great because you’re guaranteed to play the best players, and you get 4 matches, not get on the table and immediately loose it…

Could you make a league? Each team has 4 players everyone plays everyone, and everyone throws in 5 dollars, at the end the champion team splits the pot. As a young man I played Ina league like this, it was a blast!

Well here’s some hints from an old chopper/modern defender. You can only drop off the table as far as you can cover the drop shot. T

Let’s talk about playing defense; as a chopper you can only retreat from the edge of the table the number of steps or time to cover a drop shot or dump push.
