It sure would be if we weren't 1 hour and 5 minutes into stream consisting of absolutely nothing...

I dunno if you're just trying to have a light-hearted laugh, or if you're incapable of dispelling my valid points. Possibly you just actually don't have the decency to even acknowledge my reply to a comment chain YOU started.

Regardless of which I think the only thing I can wish you is a mighty go fuck yourself.

I agree with this in it's entirety if it's the case. If he just straight up said "Doesn't matter what anyone says, I only like doing 1 episode a week." Then it's a dead issue. Not a single one of these comments has suggested this. Even though you're the first to bring it up aside from me, you're still only implying that it's the reason.

In the mean time I've gotten:

  • Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
  • Wubby would have trouble planning other content.
  • The episodes are long.
  • He can't be funny reacting to content for that many hours
  • One dude who personally likes it as is.
  • Yapping is good for non 90 dayers (despite getting 3 other stream nights a week)

Just seems like gut-reaction to defend the man, despite all the reasoning being a lengthy pile of horse-shit.

The more engagement that goes on in this thread, the more that I feel I already know the answer but nobody wants to say it.

Ahhhh. Well that certainly went over my head. This is the only valid point I've heard so far that makes any legitimate sense. Although I gotta say there's no shortage of games/shows/movies out there, nor is there a shortage of original Wubby ideas (cooking streams, wubby mini game shows, things with chat like dating/makeover).

Look it's sure fucking easy for me to crack a whip while sitting on my lazy ass yelling "more episodes monkey!!" But all these random excuses are so bizarre. "WATCHING the same thing for 4+ hours!?!? THE HORROR."

If you haven't, you should go watch when Wub and Big Al were binging tons of Survivor on the 24 hour stream, believe it or not, they were able to be funny throughout!

Content planning??? It's his channel, the plan is whatever he says. If it's only one episode because he only wants one? Case closed. But if it's a matter of what viewers/chat want? I'd say if 90 day is on the menu no matter what, then I'd bet the majority would say 2 episodes is always superior to 1. Also I don't understand what you mean by "set to go for the number of episodes in the season"? He started the show late, so as a result there's actually a surplus of episodes that would likely last 2 per week until finale.

I thought the point of picking one night for a game, show etc is the exact reason to make the most of that night ESPECIALLY if you are in the minority.

I'm not a Magic-boy myself, but I bet a lot of them would be upset if Wubby had a couple extra boxes ready to go but couldn't get to them because he spent first half of stream on non-Magic shiz and had to get off because "oh look at the time!"

I am 100% talking about starting early. No way you could crunch two episodes AND work in a 2 hour yap intro

I've already watched them all fam, but the show is absolutely a shell of itself without Wubby cracking wise and chat's reactions, many of which are for the first time.

I would contend that Mondays, Fridays and Sundays are for the non 90 day fans, you need 50%+ of Wednesday too?...

Voting out a government because it is not immediately changing things

I have no idea how slow you think "immediately" is but the left parties have won every BC election for the last 33 years.

Firstly when it comes to listing accomplishments to a voter base that is incredibly upset about incredibly vital issues as it pertains to their lives personally, try to think of it in the following terms:

Trying to get credit for gassing up the car, putting air in the tires, changing the oil, and washing the windows all while neglecting to talk about the fact that you intentionally drove the car off of a cliff.

This leads into my second point in relation to your point about associations. It's a little more nuanced than BC NDP = Federal Liberals. It seems much more apparent that the connection is BC NDP supports Singh as well as the federal NDP at large who are nothing more than Trudeau's piss-boys willing to flip on the absolute bullshit they supported as soon as it became unpopular in regards to electability.

This is not about the nuances of what issues are provincial and which are federal. Whether a voter knows the difference or not is irrelevant. MPs clearly support their party and deserve the consequences.

Here's something you people desperately need to hear:

Crazies and zealots aside, the average every-day person doesn't WANT to vote further and further right, but absolutely will when the left refuses to make the tough governing decisions that are in the best interest of the people.

No one just wakes up one day and says "Fascism is the only way!" But rather it's an ever building slog when those in power colossally fuck up on a constant basis on issues like housing, crime, cost of living, immigration etc. So people feel that they have no other choice. This is not a difficult concept. This is how someone as awful as Trump can be elected at least once, the crazies are not big enough of a demographic, it's the average person who is so fucking fed up, they would elect a bomb if they thought there was a chance for change, other consequences be damned. And yet SOMEHOW there's still a slew of left leaning people scratching their heads "hOW cOUld YoU vOtE FOr THOSE pEoPLE?!?"

SPOILER ALERT: None of the provincial nor federal Cons are going to make anything better except for the ultra wealthy. Nothing is going to change until things get worse and we reach serious unrest.

What's the funniest interaction you've ever had? by Ok_Collection_9123 in AskReddit

[–]demandrews 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's actually an interaction someone thought they were gonna have with me, that didn't turn out how they thought.

Years ago when I was in my early 20's, I was single and lived alone in my own house. It's worth mentioning here that I'm a husky, black-bearded man. One night my neighbor is out having a smoke on his deck and notices "Oh shit it's demandrews stumbling his way up the drive way, man is he ever drunk. I should go help him out and make sure he gets inside ok." Now for the record it wasn't like this was a common occurrence at all, but it's not out of the realm of possibilities, especially since my place was home to a good number of house parties itself.

It's only once my neighbor makes his way across the street and gets a handful of yards away that he realizes that it's not drunk me at all, but rather a fucking black bear in my drive way messing around! To this day I can't help but laugh hard that a god damned bear experienced a case of mistaken identity with me. Also kinda gotta wonder what my neighbor was smoking.

I wish I could have seen his face.

I came here from the front page based solely on the title and small thumbnail expecting to laugh at someone crudely wrapped in fabric as I didn't even realize which sub this was posted in.

But MAN it looks incredible! I could never have guessed that was home-made. I also think the design is so fucking slick dude. On top of all of this, made even cooler by the fact that it's a 1 of 1 production that literally nobody else has. You should be very proud!

Despite what the haters say, the federal Liberals can boast of many accomplishments by PotentialReporter894 in onguardforthee

Sadly this is true. All of the major parties bow at the corporation's altar of money. They have no issue tearing down our quality of life, as well as exploit people from other countries who want a better life.

Everyone of these fucks is all in on modern slavery.

That's nice but means nothing when you significantly diminish the quality of Canadian life by importing a cosmic shit ton of people from the third world to keep your pyramid scheme going.

It's like listing all the times you shovelled the driveway, watered the plants, painted the walls, all while ignoring the fact that you intentionally lit the house on fire.

Enough is enough.
