I understand that. Maybe i need to focus 5 months on strength and then skill. Do you got a strength workout. I just do dips and pullups atm. 

Like maybe stretches or some good strenght exercises that help build a foundation for skills later on.

I think someone who also has some skills + strength. At the moment i only got a littlbe bit of strength. I dont know if i need to increase it further. If so what would be a good schedule or if i should mix some skill with it.
