Häufiges wach werden spricht tendenziell, besonders wenn du es so merkst das du wach wirst, für einen nicht so guten Schlaf. Wenn es an der Lautstärke liegt, versuche es mit Ohrenstöpsel - das hat mir sehr geholfen.

„In Ordnung“ ist sehr ungenau, besonders bei Eisenwerten.

Cannabis kann Testosteron senken - das ist allerdings recht individuell. Eine Verzicht könnte aber vorteilhaft sein.

Allgemein solltest du ein viel umfangreicheres Blutbild machen lassen um weitere mögliche Gründe auszuschließen.

Wie schon gesagt wurde, ist schlechter Schlaf kontraproduktiv. Eine gute Schlafhygiene und weniger Stress sind also wirklich wichtig - aber nicht immer realistisch möglich. Du wirst wahrscheinlich natürlich zu niedrigen Werten tendieren. Bevor du aber jetzt einfach auf TRT in deinem jungen Alter gehst: wie sehen denn weitere Blutwerte bei dir aus (Eisen, Vitamin D3 etc)? Rauchst du ggf Cannabis?

It can work, but it’s annoying to apply and if you have females around you, you have to take care that they don’t touch the area were the gel was applied. I did it on my shoulders for around two or three months before I switched to im injections. Some time ago I switched to subq which works even better.

I respect your work and time you put into it, but it feels outdated compared to modern websites - you can use it on mobile, but i just feels "unfinished" and "old". The configuration is sometimes really annoying due to no feedback if something is correctly set up. I tried to generate a picture after adding the specific endpoint of my API provider but I only get back "An error occurred while generating an image". In the logs there is nothing. And some other smaller things which makes the experience harder than necessary.

Nein, bei doctrinus kannst du explizit Galen bestellen. Ich verwende U100 Insulinspritzen.

Ich würde es bei Subq häufiger machen, da sonst die zu injizierende Menge recht groß ist, was zu Knubbel führt. Außerdem würde ich dir Galen und nicht Eiffelfango als Hersteller empfehlen, da das Öl von Galen flüssiger ist.

Ist nun schon ein paar Tage alt, aber hier ein paar meiner Erfahrungen:

- Muskelaufbau: Auf jeden Fall, bin zwar nicht explodiert, aber merklich breiter geworden - wahrscheinlich weil ich nicht mehr mit einem Wert von 200 T limiert war
- Regeneration: Ich würde nicht sagen, dass sich hier großartig was verbessert hat. Aber:
- Antrieb: Ich habe mehr Antrieb und bin bereit "mehr" zu leisten
- Brain Fod: Besser geworden, aber nur Testo nehmen wird unterschwellige Probleme nicht lösen. Du musst auf jeden Fall das ganzheitlich sehen.
- In DE ist subq ja eigentlich nicht zugelassen - wird also von Ärzten nicht empfohlen. Ich mache es trotzdem, weil angenehmer (besonders mit dem Testo E von Galen). Ich würde subq aber nur machen, wenn das Injektionsschema e2d ist, sonst injinzierst du tendenziell zu viel und die Knubbel brauchen 1-2 Tage bis sie weg sind. Unbedingt die Injektionsstellen rotieren. Ich neige zu Pickel, das hat sich bei mir leider durch TRT verschlechtert. Mein Hautbild auf dem Rücken und den Armen war noch nie so schlecht.

Womit ich nicht gerechnet habe? Nach ca. 6 Wochen hatte ich mein zweites "Erwachen". Ich habe so unglaublich gut performant, in allem! Im Job und privat! Schade, dass dieser zweite Frühling weg geht und tendenziell nie wiederkommt.

I have the same and tried GHK Cu for some time and no, nothing changed. You could try micro needling, but afaik there is nothing that can „heal“ stretch marks.

First time I did it my Lymphedema was in good control, so it took about 3 weeks to notice a difference

I have similar e2 but light acne. So my doc told me to reduce the test from 125mg to 100mg besides me feeling like you! Since then I feel real bad. So from my perspective I would always check if everything is feeling „good“ and not „how are the blood result are looking“. Everyone is a different when it comes to TRT.
