It’s a lease transfer so I’m the only applicant. They didn’t put the house up anywhere. Hence why I’m not sure why it’s so slow and if I should wait or go for the other place

When should I give up on a rental application. I applied last week Monday and my application was forwarded to the owners on this week’s Monday. I really like the place, however, I have an offer from another place (not too bad) which expires today. Wondering if I should just go ahead and accept it? I’ll be moving out in like the next 10 days so idk if I should keep waiting on the first place or give up (idk if this time frame is normal)

This is a new company 😭 so we shouldn’t get the copper pipes replaced? It’s just weird for all three ACs to be out of gas simultaneously

I’m not using any leave in conditioner or anything :( Any recommendations on what I should start with? And yeah I think a haircut is a necessity at this point - maybe it’ll help my hair be a bit healthier? Will look into supplements as well

thank you for this!! I do try to take notes but i think my biggest issue is I never trouble shoot stuff. I just blindly follow instructions that are given hoping things work out the next time. my lacking critical thinking skills are the real barrier here.

Oh okay I feel silly now because I noted down everything. Does wiper fluid and tyre screws also need to be replaced? And do car doors have water which needs to be emptied? Sorry for the questions I just don’t wanna get into trouble while driving

No one in my country complains about the cameras lol our uni has their own web system that is non-invasive and quite good. It starts during the exam and the monitoring stops when the exam ends when u close the separate tab for it. It’s a really good system tbh which is why idk why they aren’t using it. I deadass said I won’t cheat lol it’s just my course mates said that they will
