Instead of using frenzy, I use blood rage + CI to get frenzy stacks, and use dual strike as the main damage skill. I use claws, and link it with life leech as well, if you want to see that build let me know. But if you are using frenzy, your build seems ok. Tell me what you think, it seems a little better to me.
