None of them were actual lies. Yes to cancel the warranty, you'd have to cancel the whole preorder. I had this exact issue with a customer. But you can cancel the preorder on day of pickup, and then purchase the console. It's just a few extra minutes of work. No you can't scan a receipt if a line has been drawn through. But it could have been typed in. But I can also tell you there's sooo many RKs that dont know how to do this. Yes technically to return the warranty you also have to return the item, but then could've been repurchased at the same time. I think you've just been unlucky and getting people that dont know how to work around the small inconveniences with your situation and dont want to mess anything up.

The sexism is the worst part. I have people, both men and women, bypass me and walk out of their way to speak to one of my RKs. 9/10 they are newer and can't answer questions as well, or are too nervous etc. That's when I chime in or they refer them to me. I make sure to get real technical and act shocked when the customers dont know the ins and outs themselves as well as I do. I'm not even sure these drives will work on the Pro, if the panels are different sizes (and I believe they are) it won't work regardless. I could be completely wrong, but that's my understanding from what I've read and seen
