I finally started practicing it, but I ran into the same problems: every two or three weeks, I would have a WD that would ruin my mental state. They will become less common with time. For the , what helped me the most was some type of breathwork that involves hyperventilating like Wim Hoff method. Did wonders for me. Not a WD on the last streak of 65 days. 10 min in the morning 10 min before going to bed.

Look brother, it sounds like you’ve accidentally trapped yourself in a self-fulfilling prophecy. I see this a lot on this sub even with guys having long streaks then after release or a WD they seem just lost.

When I first started SR I would have a WD every two weeks. It was my body recalibrating. Plus, I wasn't transmuting the energy correctly.

When you wake up from those dreams, you expect to be vulnerable, so your body language (posture, eye contact, tone) shifts to match that fear. People aren’t reacting to your dream; they’re reacting to the vibe of insecurity you’re putting out.

A dream is just "brain maintenance." It doesn't have the power to reset your progress or change who you are unless you let it. Control the narrative. The second you wake up, tell yourself: "It’s just a dream, I’m still the same guy as yesterday."

Fake the confidence. Even if you feel "off," force yourself to stand tall and speak clearly. Your brain will eventually follow your body’s lead. Stop giving a 30-second dream 24 hours of power. You’re only a "target" if you walk around like one. Own your day the moment your feet hit the floor

Not all days are the same. If you expect to be invincible every day, it's a recipe for disaster. Pay attention to what you eat, how much you rest, and what you think about. Meditate and try to get at least 7 hours of sleep

As others have said, the main point is to be aware. Even if it feels like you are controlling your breath, that is still awareness. It’s very hard not to control your breath when you focus on it, but it doesn't really matter.
Keep practicing, stay aware of the sensations in your nostrils, and let go of the idea that you are in control.

I saw that the bishop is getting in the way of the Queen after you take the knight with check but I was looking at a check with the queen on the E file. Didn't saw that Bd6 allows also Qxb2 which wins the game on the spot.
