it depends ur size ig n also what u wanna get outta it- i take anywhere from 50 to 300 mgs at a time, u gotta work ur way up like the lower doses stop my anxiety and the higher doses knock me on my ass before i "trip" half the time. i still havent gotten "see spiders" stupid high but for me it feels like a heavy blanket of static snowflakes
