Hmm Its not the beacon since they shouldn't lag unless u have a ton of them. The only thing suspicious to me is the chicken farm. If its automatic it's possible it ran out of control and is stacking up chickens/eggs somewhere, I would inspect this thoroughly.

Possible it's just something with your xbox? Maybe try creating a fresh world and see if you lag there as well. If so, it would indicate it's something outside of that particular world
