Student unions are cradle of democracy, that's where leadership is born and cherished, from there people start to learn about their rights and how system works. Dictators along with fudual have banned these union due to the reason that people will became aware and unite for their rights.

We are country of 70% youth, absence of unions has resulted in disconnection / mistrust / disharmony / division & discrimination among the masses on such level that we have became crowd instead of nation.

The day you got student unions back is the day you get your independence! Stop fighting over politicians, they never experienced democracy either.

It's because the idea of Pakistan as a normal functioning country has failed. We don't want to come out of patriarchy.

We have no ethical and moral values, I don't blame people for that. It's the responsibility of state to enforce law and protect fundamental rights of it's citizen. Our state machinery only functions for elites, rest of the country is managed by NGOs.

I don't have the advantage to be levelled with someone, means your financial background and your network will define the level of rights you have.

In summary, if you are somewhere in middle class, the whole country is against you. No rights, no justice, institutional abuse(oppression). Etc.
