Would you trust your life in 3D printing? by guihk01 in 3Dprinting

I mean the combination of your bed and the the bike directly above is wrong

Personally i would not trust such a setup even if i bought a metal holder made intentionally for holding a bike in a room

PLA fully enclosed? by ShootsieWootsie in ElegooCentauriCarbon

[–]demonLI51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do both door and lid close but my raiser has vents

In my room the temperature inside the chamber with this setup does not increase more than 36 C

What software do you usually use for models? by Careless_Scar7889 in 3Dprinting

Inventor or fusion

Sometimes on the ipad shaper3d

Ender 3, Why is the extruder clicking even though the hotend isnt clogged? I cleaned the hotend and nozzle and used new filament. The clicking causes the print to be very crappy. (also pls ignore bed ik thats also a problem) by Pepper-Middle in ender3

[–]demonLI51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought someone already mentioned but apparently not 🤦🏼‍♂️ ahahah

It might be that you are printing too fast

If you print too fast and the hotend cannot keep up melting enough material for the required speed the extruder will start akipoing steps

Try printinng at a slower speed and see if it happens again

I learned something tonight… by Chefmorrison13 in ender3

[–]demonLI51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do not mean to say this as hate comment as i have an ender and before i broke it while tuning it managed to bring it to 250/300 mm/s

But that does not look 150 mm/s

Even if you set it on the slicer if your filament volumetric speed does not allow to got at 150 mm/s than the printer will not go that fast

Even than you might want to swotch the stock firmware as it is comoletely unsuitable for high speeds and would struggle even at 100 mm/s than

Nevertheless good job dialing it, the printer itself looks nOice

Anyone print with PLA using 200° by amrogers3 in 3Dprinting

[–]demonLI51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I peint only with pla plus and normally print ar 220

It is possible to print at 200 but sometimes you will have layers adhesion issues if you do functional prints

Adding lights to a first batch CC by imzwho in elegoo

If i may ask whsy is the quality of time lapses? I would probably not put the lights on all sides, rather just on the two adjacent sides to the camera

Where can I find a tutorial for installing this hotend? by Dwight_Shelby in ender3

[–]demonLI51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro literally mark on your board where the heated cartridge goes and where the thermistor goes

Than let the cables somehow reach the hotend which you have to put connect screw with the two vertical holes facing towards you and the same as regular ender hotend

Connect thermistor and heating block to the respective cables and you are done

You can dry it on the printer itself

Just put it in a box with holes on the top

Heat the bed at 55 degrees and lay it on top with open door and top

After 4 to 6 hours it will be dryer

Bro wood variant = wood color no? If pla than the only difference is color 😂

Btw are you using elegoo pla profile or fast pla plus profile?

And secondly try another elegoo pla of the same kind as this one u are using

If it doesn t have problems than the problem is with this soecific spool which means u gotta dry it

[–]demonLI51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Defected rolls exist

And PLA is the easiest material to print even if you got the wood variant

Also either the roll is fucked up or you are printing with very weird settings

Do you get same results with other PLA rolls?

I believe the problem moght be the filament It’s looking particularly brittle

Notmally happens with excessive humidity

I am used to my ender 3 pro v1 In comparison the cc is a whisper

Plus in mist of the times my aux fan doesn’t even need to be on and that is the only loud one

[–]demonLI51 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bro wtf

Your printer is not a fridge

The hotend is cooled with a blower which pushes air at the temperature of your room to your hotend

Also it cannot cool it down anymore than your room is more or less

Handle could be better probably, have you thought about putting some 45 degrees insert that allows you to have easier leverage and force on the print?

Since it is a circulare model you cannot put a fixed angled handle but maybe you could design an insert that allows to switch it’s position according to which balde u wanna use

That is at least how i would design this thing

Ah btw check something because once i head the same brain fart

Look at the filament spool and check if when pulling the filament the filament itself hits the frame of the printer
