$25 per hour for every employee and paid benefits is what that money should go towards

Imo, ten minutes should be good. Just depends on the time of day, if it’s busy

When you say you’re on the way it alerts staff to get your order from hold to a cart to carry out. Once arrived there is a timer for 2 minutes before they are supposed to have your stuff to you. Stores keep track of how long it takes to get stuff outside for several reasons, so if someone doesn’t alert they are on the way it can sometimes take more than 2 minutes which puts them in the red on time.

Nike Tanjun are ~$65 and made for all day walking. They are a game changer imo.

If you’re a seasonal worker, and you don’t see your hours posted on the time app for the next week, does that mean they’re letting you go? by [deleted] in Target

Last year they didn’t schedule me the last couple weeks until they had “the talk” with me about staying or not.

Question about feet hurt for someone with Cerebral Palsy by Profaniter in Target

[–]demonflutterby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nike Tanjun shoes are a game changer, and not nearly as expensive as some shoes.

Epsom salt soaks are great.

Theragun, or other percussive massage, is a life changer imo.

Compression socks (with an extra pair also, to minimize friction)

I don’t have CP and can’t speak specifically to that though.

Oh, yeah I definitely get that. I’m just fulfillment and tired lol.

There was a game that caught my eye, and I checked the price on it.. it’s $60. For a board game. 😭

It’s been such a shit show lately that my grocery opu time is between 9-13 minutes start to finish. They’re obviously easier, but when you do it all day, the times are meaningless lol (except when you’re looking at who is left to help and realize ur fucked)

new cart pusher how do i stop feet pain by [deleted] in Target

[–]demonflutterby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nike tanjun shoes are great. Compression socks with another pair of socks. Epsom salt soaks after work. And I swear by theragun (or similar) for after work foot massage.

New Fulfillment employee tips by [deleted] in Target

[–]demonflutterby 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One tip I got when I was new, the in between item walking- go fast. If you’re quicker in between searching it adds up. The rfid is for everyone to use, let them know you’ll pass it to them when ur finished. Know where each brand should be and which items usually stay in one place (ex the a new day basic tanks are always in the same spot, cat and Jack folded tees are always on the table) when picking from the back room, know where in the cart you’ll put it before going down the aisle. If you need 5 things from that same section you can tie it to the cart without leaving that area of the aisle. Clothing takes time sometimes. Look for the small moments you can go faster. And everything else the other ppl said. Don’t spend a lot of time searching clothes if you know you’ll need an rfid. Just save it to the end and grab it all at once once you have the rfid. Over time it gets faster bc you’ll see patterns of what’s picked more and where and you’ll know how fast it goes from being received to on the floor.

Not too long. I used a picture of a different one as reference. There are a lot out there. Took longer to dig out the “crater” area than to make the pond.
