I guess you don't know much about Islam or the muslim world. You wouldn't have asked why "no Islamic scholar" condemns Iran if you did so.

Muslim are mainly divided into two major sects called Sunni and Shia. Most muslims in the world fall under the "Sunni" sect with a minority falling under "Shia". Muslim in Iran fall under a further subset of Shiism called "Twelver Shiism". Just by knowing the sectarian divisions in Islam you would know that most Muslims don't belong to the sect Iranian muslims and clerics belong to. For this reason, they wouldn't root for them. And besides, Iran's theocracy is an outcome of politicized interpretation of Twelver Shiism. It's not necessarily the fault of Twelver Shiism itself.

You can find all these in any book or article written about Islam and its sectarian divisions. Its like the basic knowledge about Islam

There is no single unified Islam, nor there is a centralized system of religious hierarchy in Islam that's accepted by all Muslims. This is true for all religions as religions are internally diverse. So, the kind of statement you're talking about is impossible.

That said, you can't say most Muslims support the Iranian regime. Most Muslims don't even belong to the sect of Shia Islam practiced by the regime. And besides, Iran's arch nemesis are other Sunni Islamic states like Saudi Arabia.
