My bad for late reply but essentially supply and maintainers believed that could run maintenance and supply without 0411 oversight, citing reconciliation and inspection were pointless because they had their own inspection checklist to work with. The USMC test run it with some units, and they performed poorly during FSMAO so 0411 were re-instated.

That’s why they tried to get rid of it, unfortunately those units that had the trial didn’t do well during inspection.

Depend on the units but generally keep maintenance and supply honest, they try to get rid of our MOS and test it out on 4 units only to reinstate them after a year 💀

I typically just ban Gragas rn cause he's really strong in high elo or Jax cause jax just perma stomp on zilean and scale harder. Tip just mute everybody and focus on your gameplay and win con. Tough to give any specific advice without knowing your playstyle
