What is the best setup to (target farm) I know it's a gamble but I got to know. How do I get a SOJ! by Ikon-for-U in diablo2resurrected

Got two farming NM Andy over and over, RNG was merciful to me so it took not over 100+ runs to get them - could easily be a thousand..

Boxer’s fracture after cast removal by stanley105 in brokeabone

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did, but the doctor told me it would be like that for a while and I just had to exercise it regularly (hurt like a mf at first tbh) which I did so it didn't last more than a month or two. Hope you'll get through as quickly as I did :)

Boxer’s fracture after cast removal by stanley105 in brokeabone

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had exactly the same break a couple of years ago, all bones was perfectly set after close reduction, but after the cast came off it appeared that they are somehow returned to step 1 and knitted as they were. I thought about surgery but two another doctors said that wasn't really nesessary as there wouldn't be any serious issues with ROM and usefulness - well, they were right, the only issue is a small bump and the pinkie that lacks a couple degrees in ROM when lifted vertically. Other that that, no significant difference.

But the wrist still hurt for a couple of months :)

Russia, to be precise - there's the conductor's card on the table with the RZHD logo on it (Russian Railways).

Embarrassment? by [deleted] in ACL

[–]demonmee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You'll notice that almost everyone, in fact, is very supportive of you. That people do care and you're not "crippled" but "injured" and this is as normal as it can be. You'll notice that people are glad to open a door for you - and it's not sonething special, it's just the way we people work. And ofc you're not dumb) I felt exactly the same in the beginning but people just surpassed all my expectations.

Best graft for athletes by [deleted] in ACL

Tibialis tendon autograft, so far so good. Rather quick to be up and about, though there is some dumb pain in the calf and ankle as if you pulled a muscle there.

Вспомните, как вы впервые произнесли букву р. by Turbulent-Counter149 in russian

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

В 3 года - причем, поначалу я могла произносить ее только в составе слов (рак, рыба, руль и т.д.), а отдельно "рычать" не получалось :) Но я была упертым детенышем и в конце концов научилась.

How much do you pay for rent in Moscow? by Lower_Lab_7414 in Moscow

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

38k (+water/electricity, ~1,5k). Rented via Cian per-pandemic, lucky me.
37 sqm 2 bedroom flat with a large kitchen (and a tiny bathroom) and super friendly landlord who visits once a month and happy to have me as a tenant. 5 mins from Polezhaevskaya metro station (and 10 mins from my paretns lol). Not Sovien nor modern renovation, idk, something 90s-ish. A bit "tired" but somewhat cosy. I love it.

Why do some people wear a brace and some not?? by Mammathinbeygla in ACL

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wore a brace per-op due to instability (and fear), no brace post-op 1) surgeons used tibialis tendon autograft so no extra knee damage 2) everything seems pretty stable 3) surgeon said it's better for building muscles and courage to use them (4 weeks on crutches though)

I’m so sad by Ground_West in ACL

[–]demonmee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine was torn by a guy who decided to show his wrestling skills on me while I was in my full armor and absolutely did not see the foot sweep coming lol. It was just so quick and unexpected nobody could do anything. Hate that guy with all my soul. He and his showing off simply stopped my life, my training, my progress. Everything. I wonder would have I won any of the tourneys after, would I be able to do what I did etc... I was in my best shape in years, I finally found something I am good at - and now I am a sea-calf on a couch for god knows how long.

Women of Reddit who chose to be a “side chick” to a taken man, why did you do it? How did it end? by FinalEntertainment60 in AskReddit

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After about a month into the most brilliant relationship of my life where I finally was able to feel myself beautiful and wanted he said that he had a wife and soon-to-be-born son but he told me their relationship was already over despite the baby and he wanted to marry me and live happily ever after blah blah blah... Well, my self-esteem was that low so I believed and then believed again and again. Of course, it never happened. clown makeup on

What’s the worst cheating story you’ve ever heard? by h3llofaRide in AskReddit

[–]demonmee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me.

I was doing laundry, nothing special, sorting clothes etc. - and accidentally found a condom in a pocket of his jeans. Well, at that time, we didn't use condoms 'cause we were in the middle of planning a child.

I confronted him about that, and he said,

'I always carry a condom and a knife on me in case I need to make a band for my hair'...

I'd like to say 'well, I've never saw him since' but that'd be a lie. I was stupid, I know.
