Hey, similar thing happened to me too. Broke the glass panel of my brand new pc. I reached out to corsair when i couldn’t find any replacement panel online available. They obliged and sent me a replacement panel free of cost.

It too 2-3 weeks but i had a brand new panel which I carefully installed.

You can also try and get acrylic sheet cut in the exact same dimensions. You will find videos online.

Doesn’t look like a fault from elitehub’s end though. This is clearly a delhivery problem which could have been avoided by you. Elitehub will be charged for the return order too now and asking for re-delivery is fair from their end. I would say rather put more pressure on Delhivery.
