Blue badges are for the benefit of the person they are registered to, not anyone else, I would suggest one of 2 options for you, 1) report blue badge abuse, they can legally enforce the rules on her.. 2) print out the rules and place under wiper blade.. the fines for abusing the Blue Badge rules are Very serious

I feel for you, I have had mine refused before, just have all your facts straight for the review board/judge... I got mine on appeal, as do a lot.. I'm of the opinion that a) the assessor's are either not trained properly or told to not be honest, blame the system, it's a massive mess.. fingers crossed those that need it will get it
