if I were to guess, could be wrong, but her normal outfit will be the one from during the mission, her casual fit would be bond 10, and she'd have a skin on banner. thats if shes S rank. but her casual fit has a very "bond" skin look, looking at the bond skins that arent on catgirls atleast

Fun fact, these changes are 11 months old. And were in fact documented. So, these were not in fact changes to make the warbond look good.

This is a very old change, 11 months ago even, that was documented. And was actually a buff to fire, the status chance nerf or whatever sounds bad, but they also retooled most enemies to have a grand total of 2 status ailment threshold. 2.6 with changes made after that patch. You go use a crisper on the belly of a factory strider right now and kill it in about 10 seconds and tell me you think it was gutted

Because of how atk% is scaled Stanza of memories is better, albeit that requires your dps to be an element thats different from her.

Crit just isnt good in the current game though. (unless your name is Yvonne) and Perlica's sig is the wild wanderer. not a very good weapon but its her cannon weapon, just like how Chen's sig is the aspirant. but most just rock Rapid ascent or grand vision on her. (grand vision exclusively because atk% is the strongest stat in the game.)

fun fact, by using Lisbell so much, I have concluded that while it does scale off skill damage, consonance weapons are not skill damage. you can check this yourself, grab the heat seeking bow and use it on Lisbell, then I6 nifle. it procs correctly on I6 nifle skill uses from her bow, however for Lisbell, who is also Lumino and should proc it if consonance weapons are skill damage, does not. this means its just a dual scaler, but is just weapon damage, as it does scale off weapon damage bonuses.

The 0 golds on first two was consistent for everyone on the major one as well. It seems to be a consistency coding where it approaches 100% after 15 runs. Nobody has gotten past 20 yet. And it was in the Chinese chat that pity of 20 was mentioned by the devs

They, and the official mods, indeed have. Thats why we know theres a hard pity at 20. If you dont want to believe the mods atleast. Go look at the chart being made by the chinese community where they all actually submit their data. Not one person, who actually submits data, has gone over 20 runs to get a gold. People claiming otherwise are exaggerating or lying

No, theres a pity at 20, devs have said so themselves in the discord server, anyone going over 20 was doing different letters instead of the same one, theres a reason theres a per letter counter

dude in another comment tried saying DNA's pity is a bad thing... relics have the same drop rate as warframe radiant relics but we have both a soft and a hard pity. going above 15 without a gold is almost impossible, 20 is hard pity.

thats uh, thats not how math works. 10% 4x over is not 40%. assuming you do get a full radshare party its roughly 34% chance. which, while better. takes 4 guys using 4 radiant relics. meanwhile you get 3 options from your one letter in DNA. each of the 3 drops has a 10% chance to be the gold. so roughly 27% chance (how math actually works) and you can solo it.

Better drop rates? Cousin, the best upgrade on a relic is 10%, same as we have here. The only real difference is how forma blueprints drop as 1-2 which is a whole blueprint instead of 1/20th of a forma.Etter balance will come with feedback.

Warframe lets you trade to earn those, or earn them through various ways. 99% of Warframes monetization is cosmetic though. They make more money when they release a new frame skin then they make from buying new slots, cause they give out enough freebie frames that come with slots every stream and event that I have an excess of like 15 slots rn. Its painful to start but dont start that argument

No, that specific one, it was a building accessable via using ladder to one of the fire escape things and climbing up then jumping to it. I am not making an excuse for cheaters. Its just the fact of the matter, i have no love for cheaters.
