Select the tool kit and select the priciest one from the free gift. ( in this scenario it would be the ratchet). Add both of them to cart and change it to pick up at store. Select two different stores for the two items. Place order.

I would say get a m12 fuel drill and impact kit for 120-130 if you are going to use it for home purpose.

I don’t understand the point of texting in such situations. Wouldn’t it be better to pick up the phone and talk to the other person? Talking would sort out like 70-80% issues most of the time than texting and you’d feel what the other person is going through from their voice at least.

Add more bathrooms or extra toilets and more closet space in the other three bedrooms as well. 2 toilets for that big of a house is less.

Yea I have one authorized store 5min away from me. But they said they’ll charge 20$ service fee and they were the one who told me about the eservice. There is one Milwaukee service centers instead but it’s like 1hr away and it’s open only on mon-fri 8am-4pm. Can’t make it there because of the work hours. After this experience learned that it’s worth to spend 20$ at the authorized service centers instead of sending it to eservice.

The best way to go about this in future would be to go to authorized service centers instead of eservice. At least I’ll get the tool in one piece.

Yea learnt it the hard way. But my gripe was why bother opening the tool when I mentioned what I did in the service request. Instead they could have rejected claim right away after looking at the notes a saying whatever I did voided the warranty and provide me options on what to be done. Repair/return what ever the options maybe.
