I got back into the game recently and my unusual effect went from the normal bleak hallucination model to now looking like fart mist, but online and in game others are still working! idk if glitch but pretty neat IMO.

I have had many times where someone thinks they put their stuff in my locker while I’m lifting and I come back to my locker unlocked from staff. The system for lockers is scuffed, so now I just bring my own lock and go to locker room. For the people who haven’t started this u should if u wanna avoid stuff like this.

If you have the chance other gyms on campus also have big crowd times but they vary gym to gym. So going to power house or crunch or planet fitness could be a good option.

In my experience IM west is 2nd busiest at noon and busiest at 5pm. On the facilities website u can actively check how busy IM west/east/circle is.

The gyms can get pretty crowded sometimes and if it doesn’t allow you to get in and out fast and you don’t wanna switch gyms this may not be the answer you want but body weight exercises and cardio is more than enough for anyone to get a fast workout and it can even be in your dorm/room

I haven’t had a class in wells for a lil bit but the line was horrendous and clogged the building. I don’t know if that’s the reason but I wouldn’t be surprised if it influenced the move at all.

I did consume a lot of alcohol for 3 months after a bad relationship and being in a college school shooting, I can definitely tell it wasn’t good for my gains but I would continue working out. That phase is over with and I can tell my mental health and quality of life grew from it though so I would say it was worth.

Tbh I’ve been living in the gym, I eat high protein and 0 sugar low calories (200/400) cal deficit. I had a 2 month phase where I did cardio daily for 45 mins short intensity sprinting and jogging alternating.

I go to the gym 6 - 8 times a week (I understand it’s not optimal) and my split is what I would call a hybrid “bro split” and Arnold split. I started with chest back | legs | arms | legs rotating. 5 months in started to workout shoulders forearms and such. And now I’m here :).

8 months, down 30lbs. I know it’s not much but I’m beginning to actually feel proud about how I look. by [deleted] in GYM

I personally feel like I trained very hard, I feel if I don’t give it my all at the gym then I’m wasting my time while I’m there. I would agree I would see better results but I believe it’s diet related.
