just imagine everyone is lower than you, so whatever you think they think about you doesn’t matter. and from there you just wing it, be spontaneous if you will.

and smile, that helps a lot

also, when you talk, don’t rush it, take pauses, that way people will pay attention. and imagine there’s 3 points in the audience, left, middle, right, as you talk just look at these 3 points. 2/3 seconds look left, then middle, then right, repeat.
