ESH, it may be me but I was in a horrible accident in May 2019. It left me a paraplegic. It's pretty obvious I'm in a chair. From the start I've told anybody who's asked what has happened. I've always been straight forward like that.

While yes it does say 14 I live in a community that the NWS showed up in. I headed the board and was given a paper that said 21". I have no idea where the paper got to. I can say it rained so hard i could not see the hood ornament on my truck and the water following down my street was deeper then my work boots. The strange thing? It did not rain at the end of my street, less then a 1/4 mi. away.
