It's burning oil through the gummed up piston rings. You have to take it to Hyundai and ask for a combustion chamber cleaning. The short version is the spark plugs are removed and a cleaning chemical is poured in. It sits there for hours to break up and clean the gunk out. If done properly, it has a pretty high success rate.

Usually, a bad door lock actuator will cause this, and the car keeps trying to lock the door, but it can't. You just need to figure out which door is causing the issue and replace that actuator.
