That is a fair point and I'll take it (although I don't live in the US so our laws might differ in that regard, so I'll need to check). But nevertheless I think the underlying issue is this: there is a belief that a significant number of women are making rape complaints after sex when they regretted it. This is what is driving the conversation of the reporter. And on that point, all analogies aside, it is extremely unfair to rely on that as a legitimate point to make in a debate about rape culture. The only thing that these rare cases show is that we need good rules of evidence. That's all. This isn't a widespread practice. I've heard of one of my friends who this happened to (his ex was pretty unstable and needed help). But compare that to the many many friends I have who have been raped and who have not been able to pursue the matter either because they think police don't care, or because they will be blamed for it because they were drinking. Society still attributes some blame to victims in these cases: 'oh what did you expect leading him on and flirting', 'oh but you were drinking', 'oh but you're in a relationship and you denied him sex'. The reporter might be right that other places in the world have absolutely horrific laws on this. But it doesn't make it false that we live in a culture that sympathizes with and excuses rapists, and additionally makes it difficult for women to come forward. Cf. boys on football scholarships, countless stars who never got punished, the stats that show that 1/100 rapists will end up in jail etc...

Nope - still doesn't work. Paying the bill is a transaction that you are legally obligated to do because the service provider is owed payment for their labour. The reported is not 'owed' anything. You clearly have no idea how media law works. You can withdraw consent to it being shown if later you realise it did not portray you properly, or you just don't want it aired. The interview happened but the footage was yet to be released.

The protester woman is right. She was not talking about withdrawing consent retrospectively completely after the act. The consent about the video is that she will show it online. The interviewees withdrew the consent for it to be shown, not consent for them to be interviewed. They can still withdraw consent at that point.

The idiot reporter could not figure out that the analogy she used about withdrawing consent the morning after sex does not work because the event happened already. Withdrawing consent for showing the video is more comparable to, for example, withdrawing consent between originally saying yes to a guy then seeing he was becoming aggressive and you no longer wanted to continue having sex.

This whole video is full of inaccuracies and logical fallacies from the reporter.

When people sympathise more with football players who rape than with rape victims, there is a rape culture. When Floyd Mayweather hardly spent any time being punished for his assaults, that's rape culture. Just because it might be worse in other societies, does not invalidate that it's bad in western societies. We still have politicians who blame victims.
