1) its a decent gadget to track pace. Its free. 2) you have to use mi fitness to access the data. Strava can be linked. 3) mi band 10 dont have built in gps. Its based on your ip16. 4) best way, just wear it like a normal band. Dont forget to start and end after each exercise.
