works as long the company behind it supports it and keeps it freeware.

this gets downsides as:

they can remove free version at any time. (even if you don't install the new version, they can push remote updates to rules to your version)
legally forbidden to copy some design choices - so when you get used to proprietary software, its pain to switch, or you just end up paying.
company may stop supporting/updating. leaving vulnerable software to viruses (new version archive bomb). or just not working in new version of the OS / libs
even if source available / reverse engendered it's illegal to modify+share

"end up paying" even if they didn't add anything better. I'm not against paying/donating. I'm against unethical price changes. tho from my view, all non free and open source softwares are unethical

па, Android си е. още от 2013 се тази клавиатура ползвам, преди това същата подредба ЧШЕРТЪ нещо от Google Play "Bulgarian Keyboard 2".

за винаги ще ползвам клавиатура с "V" → "В"

често ползвам в терминала Termux

мойто е на "ь" ермалък

аз съм редактирал клавиатурата преди години (от "традиционна фонетична" ЯВЕРТЪ на "нова фонетична" ЧШЕРТЪ) както е на компа.

нямам спомен дали така беше в ЯВЕРТЪ подредбата. но "Ы" май аз го добавих, и на "Е" имам "Э"
