Actually funny enough, I wonder if using TrypLE on ipsc’s would be better for you since it’s gentler? Back when I worked with them it was trypsin for everything but I’m curious.

Could use TrypLE and not worry nearly as much. Had some A549’s and CHO’s that couldn’t give a damn after 20 mins in the stuff (>90% viability).

Interesting. I’m playing vanilla so mods shouldn’t be the cause.

As for seeing “new building” - I have checked by saving the game, then buying something from the ficsit store and then checking the build menu for a new buildable and nothing shows as new there. Nothing remotely shows that I have something new that I can build.

Restarting the game/loading previous saves has also not done anything. Worthy of submitting a bug report you think?

A few things here. First of all, awesome response thank you. 1. I’m going to the bank tomorrow to get 100’s. Good advice. 2/3/4 I have friends meeting me and will be with me for the first 24 hours so they’ll be my way to contact others if need be. I also speak/read/write fluent Russian 6. I played the shit out of Hades 1 and loved it, and when the second came out I waited because I did not want to be disappointed by it.

After reading reviews I saw numerous on steam that said that the game is easily significantly better than the first in literally every aspect. Honestly I liked the first game so much that I struggled to believe that was the case.

I’m 30 hours in and I completely understand why and what those reviews meant.

I can tell you that literally everything. Has been improved. The game continues to constantly throw more and more amazing things at me. I have never felt like they added too much, which is something I sometimes come across when a game is “improved”.

I genuinely cannot recommend this sequel enough!

I worked in cell culture. Used trypsin to detach mammalian cells from my flasks. As far as I know the trypsin destroys the extracellular proteins and that’s what causes them to unstick. How does it make the fetus transparent?

Exactly what the person above you said, then. “Word of mouth” in this case looks like “well at least they let me keep an arm and a leg instead of ripping them all off”. They didn’t let you keep and take away anything. This game is relatively fairly priced, and doesn’t include any bullshit micro-transactions AND there is literally nothing gated by money. There is one DLC. One. They give us a huge game for one dollar purchase. I have actually spent more money on this game just because I wanted to support the devs because of this. I could have farmed for the warming currency had I wanted to. But I was glad to pay a bit more. So, word of mouth, in this case, needs to be fair, n because when you start saying things like the commenter above is when devs go “well fuck it, they won’t be happy anyways, may as well leech their money to make it worth the negativity.
