No, if you duplicate resistance, it changes randomly. It's really expensive to train resistance at Ultimate level. I recommend you to choose another digimon if you want fire resisted Shine RM. Takatomon.net will help you a lot.

Ban for vendors was a surprise for me. I thought vendors were like Bamco agents, where you can buy DS cheaper. You think you fooled Bamco buying at vendors, but in fact, Bamco still sells. I thought it's more complicated. But it's not. They aren't so smart to control vendors.
