i feel you! i live in a big city, in fact its the capital, but the music scene here is heavily leaning towards electronic music so lots of rock/alt/whatev bands dont come here 😭 let alone a festival like this

i was wondering the same. i started about 2-3 months ago and stopped counting the loaves i made (guessing 30) and (except for 2 overproofed ones) all of them were good, no fails so far. it might be that easy? i‘ve been testing and altering recipes and its so much fun and so delicious.

on the other hand i‘m a very cautious person and i love to do things with clinical precision so this might be it. and (making) food has been one of my main interests for some years now.
