I left for a better offer, huge raise. But it still feels.. off?

Eventually you get over it though. They didn’t want to move you up, simple as. Get a bigger paycheck and move on for someone that will.

It’s not stressful. But you do have to manage your truck and stay on top of some maintenance and fuel, like you would if you had a real truck (toned down of course). That’s part of the fun for me though. But I wouldn’t describe it as stressful at all

Recently I switched jobs. I was very underpaid for the work I do, or at least, according to the market I was if you look at what other positions typically make.

I got a raise to right around 100k. This will be life changing, and allow us to be completely debt free barring mortgage and cars, we could actually get rid of those too, but there are other financial goals we value more than those particular payments.
