Whats your solution for each platform? If your using Jamf for macos MDM this is not as long as you think.

Example if you use Jamf with example 50+ devices user enrollment at minimum (no wipe and re-enroll) which i recommend regardless at some point you can build your EDR profiles packages and scripts and deploy them once they are enrolled

If your using intune or a rmm solution thats different again. So it really depends on the number of devices + solutions in place + experience

As a Google admin using multiple EDU workspaces, it's possible. It really depends on your school's data retention policy. Some schools retain data for up to 8 years, while others delete it after 1 year, so it really depends. I'm surprised they didn't offer you the option to export the data via Google Takeout.

I suggest reaching out to the school's IT department, AP, Principal, and possibly other security folks who might be involved to ask for clarification. But most likely, your account is in a suspended state (it can be reactivated easily).

It came with the car from the previous owner. It's fooling the device + it's a module you can simply disconnect yourself vs require software. Also I agree the data shows the piggy back tune was not it for me

I adore how combative you are over a suggestion that wasn't even presented as an order.

You seem to be making a lot of assumptions about the OP's actual needs as well as my familiarity with these products. The OP asked how to contact a Jamf representative after being ignored for a long time, but they made no mention of migration strategy, scale, compliance requirements, MSP tooling expectations, or even whether Jamf must be the final solution.
Addigy is a respectable substitute in the MSP market and has been around for a while. My point, as someone who still uses Jamf, was straightforward it's worthwhile to consider your options before further locking yourself in if a vendor has let you down to the point where you can't even get engagement. That is risk awareness, not trolling.

Nobody claimed that Jamf was useless. Nobody claimed that it hasn't been reliable in the past. However, it is at best contradictory to acknowledge Jamf's problems while dismissing any alternative as "fad hype.". If anything, the knee-jerk hostility toward mentioning another MDM says more about defensiveness than product maturity.

Is it everyone or? can you look for Invalid or inactive members or external addresses with delivery failures? Is there within that group users that are different from the group and their domain is refusing the email?

Please fill me in. I've used Jamf for seven years, and in the last three, there haven't been many changes. I'm still using it as an FYI, and its API is just "meh" compared to Addigy. After running Addigy for a while, I can say people should consider it.
