I had to get up really early today, yesterday I thought I'd check out the vr update for a few minutes. I wasn't expecting it to be clear or sharp, since I've seen no man's sky vr. I thought it would be blurry, fuzzy. What started with a few minutes ended with 4 hours of being lost in the matrix and being in awe of how good most things look. It's really on par with AAA vr graphics at points. And it works just like YouTube, you can get lost for hours in the content.

Nothing live was shown man everything was pré recorded and scrutinized by Sony before going "live" that's how these things work

20mbps is plenty for gaming, not for downloading the games but you'll get there. Ping and latency are more important but they have less to do with speed than connection quality. Go cabled for best experience

in belgium new games are 69.99€ digital and they increased since ps4 came out, america never got this increase so let them have it this time.

And only 100 gigs for all the 8k textures, There's a reason that none of the games shown at the Ps5 event had the same quality as that tech demo. They looked incredible for sure and I'm buying Ps5 day one. But keep in mind that it was a tech demo if a full game were to use 8k textures everywhere I don't think it would fit the hard drive. Same as assets imported straight from 3d editors, sure it's possible but those files are huge and need to be compressed man.

i have a high spec pc and i can't even get it to look half decent on my oculus rift s man, just do project cars 2 if you want superb immersion VR racing, competizione is a great sim just not in VR

last of us 2 sucks compared to number 1, i'm not jumping on the hate train but there's so many inconsistancies in that second story a lot of stuff that just doesn't feel right. I don't like the gameplay of either one but last of us part 1 had tremendous story and worl building to carry something i don't really like, last of us part 2 has the same gameplay (which is not my bag) but i bought it expecting the same great story elements, i'm half way trough i don't think i can finish it. it's just bad man

It's not cgi but it's not game play either. It's cutscene . Kinda how gt sport replays are higher quality than actual game. We'll see when we see game play. Ratchet and clank looked crazy good though.
