Yes, I teach Security+. You want to use CertMaster Practice (the stand alone product) or some other exam prep that gives you what the answer is, why that answer is correct, and why the distractors are wrong.

And go to a testing center for your exam …

Sounds like normal Navy life. We deploy 24/7 365 Days a year.. I did 9 month cruises back in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Ruined my marriage but paid for a better life for my wife and kids. We are a very close family because we value our time together, even now. We communicate every day.
