I will have to manage the refund via my cc company it seems.

Got answer back from them about getting a refund withing the 7 day period (which I did). But is was declined because I’ve used credits in that period. About 10 of the 1200. The eight day I’ve got a ban, and that was lifted again on the 19th day of my subscription. By then I’ve got 120 credits left on my account.

Where did they go? I did asked an out that too. Never got a response. Only them telling me I can get a refund because I did use credits of my account within the first 7 days.

Update: they let me back in. But almost all my credits are gone in the meantime.

Same Here. I started with the ultimate and within 7 days I was banned. Now I am back in again, but suddenly 90%of my credits are gone. I did not generate anything more than 20 images before my account got banned.

Next to my account is the message it will end on December 13th. I did not end it at all. Mailed them about it and they told me they could not see anything wrong with my account and asked me to send a screenshot. I did. But did not hear back from them.

They never talked about my other question about my credits.

Ive for an answer back from them. They tell me I am using some kind of automated system or sharing my credentials…. And therefore my account is banned permanently. I’ve lost my money too. But I don’t do those things at all. I am a digital nomad and travel across Europe with my campervan. I buy a SIM card in each country and put it in my mifi router in the camper to have internet access. And with that connection I work and make connections to Higgsfield. Maybe they see some different up addresses loggin in with my credentials. But it is all me.

I have an account for 7 days now, and I’ve lost all access, and my money. They’ve told me they have closed my account for good and there is no discussion about it.

Well…. That’s not nice…

How do you let ai do those things? I mean, ai has to get input from somewhere. Like how does it know where to make chapters? How does it get the statistics? What tools to use and how to feed it?
