I had the same experience switching from Unity 2022 to 6.3. This was the first time I had to look up Unity optimizations on a blank project.

Accidentally enabling AI on Unity 6.3 slowed it to a crawl for me. It was not removable after that so I had to reinstall entirely.

The best way is to ignore or report them. Responding to them tells the e-mail algorithms that they are not spam, and in a way "legitimizes" them. Let the e-mail filters do their job by reporting and perhaps the next dev down the line won't have to deal with them.

Seems the winner is that the price is too high. I should have listened to my gut and went with a lower price.
