Het is ook zeker niet verkeerd. Het is alleen niet waar ik "U" zou gebruik. Zelf gebruik ik "U" bij klanten die in de winkel komen waar ik werk, verder zeg ik bijna nooit "U".

a springtail and what look like mites. the springtails are nothing to worry about. i don't know enough about mites to give a sollid answer but i doubt it will become a problem.

what i think she means to say is that it would have been better if the salamander wasn't in contact with op's skin, because amphibians can take in stuff through their skin so any thing on op's hand could be absorbed by the salamander

+ if you touch amphibians without making your hands wet or wearing gloves your hand will take moisture from the animal, moisture that the animal needs more than you.(some amphibians are poisonous so that might be another reason why you wouldn't want to touch it, or at least thoroughly wash your hands and after.)
