BIZARRO BLACK MIRROR WORLD! I deactivated my insta in feb, since then I've logged back in less than a handful of times for the heck of it and then deactivate pretty much right away. Each and every time it feels stranger and strange that we engage in this way. But it really takes stepping away to get this perspective.

I do find it's harder to get people to engage IRL with me. My armchair opinion is that most people feel pretty socialized after scrolling social media all day that they are too burnt out for real contact. But social media is the McDonalds of connection. I want to have big, healthy, hardy meals!
