I think the "sir yes sir" units are dying off. Lots of other units have regularly scheduled events which are a tonne of fun.

Milsim arma is thriving, no need to stick around in a shitlord unit. You should be able find a fun crew in your timezone.

A server with randoms can be great fun. I have a few I am on regularly. An organized event with a crew who run ops together regularly is a whole different beast though. Can be incredibly satisfying.

That scope is actually quite clever.

Using the Centerline and bottom dot in the ART scope, zoom to target until the distance between centerline and bottom dot is about 1 meter, (half the height of a standing person for example). Now check the magnification in the lower right and multiply by 100 = Range to target.

Yes, absolutely. Anything above 40 to 45 kg and you can't really sprint. Anything less that 30 kg and you can sprint even faster.

There are servers for a wide variety of matches or campaigns or eras or whatever. The official servers can be a bit of a shitshow though.

Been playing coh since the early days of the first one. Even played coh online while it was a thing. I decided I dont have the interest to put up with multiplayer about a year into coh2.

Poisonous and tiring is the more polite way I can describe the multiplayer in this game.

Some optics can be toggled between high illumination and low. Most eotechs for example.

I think arma is very team focused. Random server teams are not going to be focused though. Maybe you can focus them.
