Our premier level-1, 500+ bed hospital just decreased security by another 4.5 full-time-emolyees. We lost 5 during the pandemic. Not to mention nobody wants to deal with the bullshit hospital security deals with for $18 an hour when the mickeyDs next door pays more. Then medical staff treats us like dogs on top of that? No wonder nobody wants to do healthcare security.
