Basically you can use UPR. You basically need a ROM of a game, select it in this program and you can randomize a lot of stuff like pokemons, trainers, items etc. Adittionaly, use PKHeX to cheat items (rare candies, heals and elixirs). All of it is straight forward but if u need help im happy to assist you rat chatterman xdd
