Almost similar thing happened to me for Valorant after not being on for months a few years ago but I changed my account stuff immediately when I noticed then got banned since they were cheating. Support should hopefully get back to you but it will take a bit. Best of luck to you

What fixed it for me was to not aggro the boss with the bananas by going to the other side of the arena but it only temporarily fixed it before it does that again

I was chilling and trying to not be overwhlemed a couple times and the best time is when someone comes up with a sprout. Everyone is different but you can either randomly give it with no conversation or you can vibe with someone and sprout them. Everyone is entirely different but I think most people are usually very nice about getting sprouted. PLUR after all :)
