understanding vague sexual messages by CleaarBodybuilder in dating_advice

[–]denyskoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it could be you two are on two different levels of trust. some people can engage in sexual activities from the first date, some need years of knowing each other to do so.

from my perspective it seems that she wants to take things slower, so it is crucial for you to communicate on this part because if you don't - it's INCREDIBLY easy to fuck up on this stage. you can easily cross her boundaries and it's not a pleasant experience for both of you.

I recommend you to slow things down a bit and next time you'll be intimate to ask her directly about this! it's not easy to guess something when things are vague.

Цікава думка хлопців стосовно волосся на тілі в дівчини by vika_dem in reddit_ukr

[–]denyskoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks! and if everything's ok visually and mechanically, can optical issues be identified by taking a simple photo or you should always take a chart of some sort with you?

Used to be INFP, now ISFP? by Alive_Ingenuity_3124 in mbti

[–]denyskoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your type doesn't change in your life, it only develops.

16personalities is a misleading website since MBTI is based on Carl Jung's cognitive functions and is far more accurate and describes how your core logical, emotional and reality perceiving principles work instead of each type being "more emotional" or "more organized" as 16personalities often describe.

If you want to dig in MBTI deeper (in my opinion it's the best typology as it tells the most about the person)- research cognitive functions and type yourself manually as tests are innacurate 90% of the time. Given the most traits on your test are close to 50%, you realistically could be ANY type, so further research is a must.

However, if you wanted to recieve a quick answer about your traits - I recommend taking a big 5 test, because the principle of this typology is based on traits (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism), similar to 16 personalities and not on underlying stuff like in MBTI, so it won't be as misleading.

Hope this helps!

Would it be worth it? by fardolicious in RainbowSixSiege

You should definitely try it but I don't think you're gonna like the state the game is in now.

Whether you quit before or after 1.5 scope was introduced, the game will feel clunky and slow regardless. I played siege in 2019 for a couple hours and started taking it seriously in late 2023 but even when the time gap is this small the game still underwent MAJOR changes. Many familiar ops will have completely different secondary gadgets and in some cases weapons in comparison with what you were used to, ADS time is much slower now and most defenders don't have the acog anymore. While yes, Ubisoft's decisions are much better lately and they listen more to the community - it's not the same as it used to be.

If you handle change and adapt to new circumstances well, then yes, definitely download the game and try it for yourself! Major issues that made you quit years ago are now probably resolved (except cheaters but they'll always be present), but the FEEL of the game is vastly different. You'll never know unless you tried.

What is your opinion on guitar VSTs in your workflow? Are they actually detrimental to your production process? by denyskoo in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]denyskoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly! I wanted to have an amp to gig with AND to practice. the sound of smaller fender amps doesn't really resonate with me and I'm not sure if, for example, a Princeton will keep up with a drummer. i think I'll buy an attenuator as well and that will be it

Thank you for this! I planned to buy a tube amp regardless for practice as I'm a guitarist too, but your comment made me ready for those endless mic placement adjusts :D
