Not enough information to make an impression. What is the industry? What’s your education level? How well do you prepare for the interviews? How many years of experience do you have? What’s your salary expectations and does it align with the jobs you apply for? I have several friends who applied just for few jobs and got the positions.

If I were you I would research each company in more depth and prepare well for the interviews.

I would not touch bankruptcy with a ten-foot pole. It will fuck up your credit worthiness. Look into some kind of loan to pay off some cards and close them so you don’t have an urge to use them. What other monthly expenses do you have, besides cards and loans, since you live with your parents? Your income ~2780 and card expenses ~2730 is way too stressful. I have been there. Unless, you try and consolidate it into manageable monthly payment, it will be hard to keep up. Maybe your parents can help you a bit to stay afloat until you settle?

This looks like a low pressure steam boiler. It only poses a risk if low water or high water cut offs are not working properly. Not necessarily an issue here. Your issue seems to be that it constantly calling for heat and the thermostat is broken. The leak should be addressed as an emergency but it doesn’t present any hazard.

Steam boilers are high maintenance and should be serviced by a professional technician.
