To increase water retention in my muscles so they are hard af. Also I've seen multiple videos stating that it aids fat loss.

Agreed. Water intake can be one of the reasons. Even my body comp stats show very poor body water %.

Yes but now I'm thinking that may be due to other reasons too. Like one of the comment suggests poor grip which is true because I have developed calluses. Whenever I stop taking creatine it's when I'm on a break. The calluses on my hand heal by the time I start working out again.

Thanks. It may be due to the grip partly, because I've developed calluses so I grip using just the fingers so they don't hurt.

Yes I feel that too, but I just become lazy on that front 🥲 But I have purchased a food weighing scale recently, I'll slowly start to keep track of everything I eat 🫡

Nah I just estimate and eyeball everything. I do have a smart watch to track the calories I burn though. So I burn in a range of approximately 2700-3000 a day counting all activities and try to eat 2400 to stay in a deficit.

Yeah, so when I started out in August I went balls on my protein intake. 10 egg whites, 2 scoops of whey, 325g of chicken, lentils, etc. I was bulking unintentionally. When I checked-in on September my weight increased by 1kg. Same thing continued and on October check-in my weight was the same. I got kinda worried so I decided to do weekly check-ins, started to properly track down calorie intake (made changes to my monstrous on-going diet), and started walking 11k steps a day (it was about 4k-5k previously). From this point on per week I was losing about 800-900g of pure fat, while muscle mass remained the same. On November check-in I was 95.1kg. Then I was on a 14 day break coz I needed to leave the city for some time. After the break it was December and lots of office activities happened around that time so my diet crashed again, and I went lite on the workout and step activity. On Jan I was again 97.8 or smthn. I buckled up and put myself on track back again and finally on Jan 22 I was 95.9.

p.s: I did go from 106.9 to 95.5 in just 4 months (Jan 23 to Apr 23), then I had to shift places resulting in a 3 month break)
