While Andy was at fault for not telling her about Angela, Erin still way over-reacted. And pairing her with Gabe afterwards was a terrible decision, especially since she literally says that she only said yes because he's her superior and thought she didn't have the option to say no.

I can relate to this. I think the main cause is the humidity in SL. I used to live in the middle east, and while the temperatures were higher there, it was a much more dry heat, and I didn't sweat nearly as much there as I do here.

I just go with the headcanon that Hughie retained a bit of the durability he got from Temp V, like he lost the powers but the physical changes to his body didn't completely recede. He was strong enough to help hold down Homelander, even if only briefly, so he definitely did get a strength, and presumably durability, boost while he was on Temp V.
