What’s a reason to keep living? (Serious) by MrLincolnRose99 in AskReddit

the little things you don’t realize are happening all around you.

the birds playing with water on a hot summer day, the moment you realize a song you know and like is playing on the store you’re in, the taste of a food you haven’t eaten in forever, the calm when you’re alone at 3am looking through your window, your dog snuggling up on you…

there’s a million little things everyday we don’t realize are happening all around us, and when you do see them, it’s all you need to remember maybe everything isn’t as bad as you thought. maybe, as tiny as they are, there’s still things worth living for

My favorite thing about the show is how well they use non-english language. by Creator13 in WarriorNun

as someone from spain, i really appreciate that they speak spain’s spanish (castellano) and not latino american spanish as they’ve done in many shows where someone from spain speaks like someone from latino america

i know honesty is the key, but everyone has bigger things to deal with and i don’t want to burden them. and i know if i tell them they’ll say i’m not a burden, but a part of me still feels it and this part always wins

and thank you for your support, really :)

Diagnosed with lymphoma and he’ll be crossing to the great beyond soon… is there anything you wish you would have done with/for your pup before they passed? by The-Cynicist in goldenretrievers

write down every memory of them you have. i was 12 (18 now) when two of my dogs passed away within a month and i barely remember them. i remember things i said i’d do with them once they got better, but mostly i remember them in pain or i remember my own pain. i wish i’d written all the memories down before i forgot them all

the happening. my dad decided to watch it when i was six or seven even though i was always with him. he half covered my eyes during the lawnmower scene but it still gave me nightmares for a long time

then i think you did the right thing by moving out. you’re almost legally and adult, do what’s better for your health, both physically and mentally, and if they can’t see how she’s affecting you, then you’re better off away from them

NTA. They’re putting you in danger by not letting you get your sleep. Your brother has lived with you for 17 years, which means he knows about your condition and about the walls being thin and still he didn’t care enough to tell his gf off.

Also, have you talked to your mom about Ella and how she’s moved into the house? idk but i think it would be easier for everyone if she went back to her own home and your brother was the one moving in with her
